Frequently asked questions |
|
What kind of T-shirts do you use?
I use American Apparel 100 % cotton T-shirts. For men, I offer an alternative as well: Alstyle Apparel T-shirts, which are just as soft as American Apparel, but a bit thicker. For further information, please check out the 'manufacturer information' link in the product description.
Your prices are in Canadian $ (CAD) - how much is that in my currency?
Since exchange rates vary a lot these days, the easiest way to find out is to consult an online currency converter.
I am from Canada, too. Will there be taxes added to my bill?
No, taxes are included in the price.
Which methods of payment do you accept? Once you hit the 'confirm' button at the checkout, your order will be transferred to PAYPAL, where you can either use your PAYPAL account (if you have one) or your credit card.
Why is there an account created at the checkout?
Its
sole purpose is to notify you about the status of your order and to
facilitate your future purchases. I will not use your information to
bother you by sending you 'special offers' etc. .
How long does the shipping take?
Canada: 2 - 5 business days United States: 7 - 10 business days International: 10 - 14 business days
These numbers are based on my experience. Please don't be mad at me if it takes a bit longer in your case.
I need my order quicker - is that possible?
Yes, I can mail your order via express shipping. The extra charges will be based on the size of your order and on your location. Please leave me a note with your order and I will send you the exact amount immediately.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it (in the same state as you got it in, please) for a full refund. But please contact me before sending anything back . Please keep in mind that I print each shirt on order, so if you are not sure of which size to order (the only reason for returns I experienced so far), please don't place a large order (I will not accept returns of orders larger than 3 shirts, sorry).
